First Visit to 101 Clinics: Checklist for a Smooth Appointment

Prepare for your first appointment at our Fifth Settlement medical center—what to bring, when to arrive, and how to book follow-up care.

Bring emergency documents to the ER, not to a routine clinic visit. This checklist is for scheduled outpatient appointments.

Before you leave home

A little preparation makes your first visit to 101 Clinics faster. Write down your main concern in your own words, list medications and allergies, and note any recent tests or reports. If a child or dependent is the patient, bring their ID and guardian contact details.

  • National ID or passport (or guardian ID for minors)
  • Insurance card if you plan to use coverage—confirm acceptance with us when booking
  • Medication names or photos of labels
  • Previous lab results or imaging on your phone or printed copies

Arrival at La Mirada Plaza, Fifth Settlement

Plan to arrive ten to fifteen minutes before your slot so registration and vitals do not eat into consultation time. Our address is La Mirada Plaza, Center Gate 2, First Floor, Clinic 101, New Cairo. Use the map link on our website or call if you need directions on the day.

Parking and building access can be busy at peak hours; an earlier arrival reduces stress more than a rushed check-in.

After your consultation

Ask your doctor when to book follow-up, whether you need tests at an external lab, and how to reach the clinic if symptoms change. You can rebook online for the same specialty or explore another clinic in the center if you were referred internally.
